This is the hardest question to answer as every session is completely different, and everybody reacts differently to sessions.
During Session - Most people feel deeply relaxed. Some people feel shifts and changes in their body, some are emotional depending on how deep the soul goes and what you need to experience for your own soul journey and healing.
After Session – Most people feel relaxed, a little spacey, clearer, more emotional, reflective, content, free and happy. Everyone is different and everyone’s integration between sessions is their own journey.
When I first learnt this modality, I was taught that people need at least three sessions per issue, and the time between sessions could be anywhere from two weeks to 6/8 weeks. I have many people who have had one session and their issue has been corrected. People who have come off anxiety medications after one session because they have felt so good. I can’t promise you will only need one session but ask that you keep an open mind. Healing can happen in an instant, so trust what your soul needs and the journey it takes you on to heal. I ask your body/soul at the end of the session to see if you need another balance and how long you need in between to integrate what we have worked on.
